I just want to shout out to Billye and Shonona for the amazing customer service they provided! They truly went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Being a single mother with 21 questions, a handful of teenagers and being that this would be our first time ever renting a pontoon and all the accessories they never made us feel like we were a bothered. They answered all my questions and made us all feel comfortable and safe. The pontoon was perfect for the 7 of us. Very clean and had everything u needed to enjoy a nice day out on the lake. It also had a speaker already installed on the pontoon so that worked out great and very loud which the teenagers enjoyed. I have to say kids all agreed this part was the highlight of our trip down here in Broken Bow! Thank you again for the wonderful memories we made in part to you. We appreciate all you do! We are looking forward to this trip again next year and will definitely be back!

We had a great time on the Supra and couldn't be happier with the experience. We had a large group of kids and they all got to experience different types of water sports from tubing to surfing to wake boarding. The boat driver also took us to an area for the kids to cliff jump. The 3 hour tour was great and Keith, the owner was more than accommodating. Thanks and I will highly recommend this company to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time on the Supra boat with Keith as our driver. He and Shonana were so kind and accommodating to our large group (8 adults & 10 kids). Keith was very careful and conscious of our kids' safety while out on the tube. We stopped for swim breaks and still had plenty of time for everyone to tube. It was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Awesome experience, both on a night cruise and a full day on Broken Bow Lake. The people were so accommodating and friendly (As always! We have used them in past years). Will definitely be coming back and using Tangled Webb Adventures for years to come.

We have rented from this family owned business for 4 yess now. They are AMAZING!! We have never been disappointed. They are accommodating and go above and beyond! We always get the pontoon and two jet skis. Honestly can't rave enough about how much we love them! Got rope tangled up one time and they forfeited their own time to come immediately and help us. Also...GREAT and reasonable prices!

Highly recommend Tangled Webb. We used them both last and this year and would use them again in the future because of how good the experience the was. They are super nice and prices area very reasonable.

The people were friendly and the boat was nice. Will definitely use them again on our next trip to Hochatown.

I would give them more stars if I could! They were absolutely fantastic - they were flexible with our plans, accommodating and just awesome people all around. Best of all, they are supportive of our military members!

Great Experience! Shae was more than accommodating and was so personable. Everyone is our group commented on how awesome she was. The boat was in great shape, more than enough room for all 10 adults. I will definitely use Tangled Webb again for my next boating trip to Broken Bow.

We rented the supra boat that was chartered. Our driver did a great job. Keith helped us with the boat and was very friendly. We had a great time and would definitely rent from them again!

Unfortunately a storm blew in and prevented us from going out. On the plus side, it was no problem getting a refund. We will be back though and know who to call for a pontoon. BUT, get specific directions of where to meet them before hand. Cell service is a no go in that area.
